At Blue Yonder, Wayne is responsible for Blue Yonder’s retail strategy across EMEA, working closely with leading retailers to ensure they maximise full value from their technology and supply chain investments. Prior to joining Blue Yonder, Wayne founded ACT Retail, a specialist merchandise planning consultancy which developed leading business solutions and processes for many of the UK's leading retailers including Marks & Spencer, John Lewis, Tesco, Mothercare and Vodafone.
Wayne is a frequent media commentator on retail and supply chain issues, featuring in the likes of The Times, The Daily Telegraph, Internet Retailing and Logistics Manager.

Andre’s career spans more than 35 years where he held senior management positions in highly reputed companies such as Hewlett Packard, AT&T, General Electric, i2 Technologies, DHL, Itsalat International Company, MRM-Global Ltd and Innova Supply Chain.
He is also a regular speaker at Supply chain, logistics and procurement conferences, Universities, Management Schools, trainings and seminars internationally. As Consulting Practice Lead for the Hi-Tech, Automotive & Industrial, Telecom and CPG industries, he worked closely with the development teams to design, create and implement bespoke customer supply chain visibility solutions.
André’s consulting and Supply Chain Management experience includes sectors such as Electronics, IT, Computer Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Semiconductors, Consumer electronics, Logistics and Transportation, Automotive, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Software Development, Pharmaceutical, Medical Equipment and FMCG. He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transportation (CILT) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS).
Peter Van Merode

Peter is responsible for industry strategy, focusing on Supply Chain Execution solutions (WMS and TMS) for the logistics sector at Blue Yonder. Peter has been in the Supply Chain Execution software industry since 1987, with a strong knowledge of innovation and implementation and roll-out strategies as well as of functionalities and technologies. Currently, Peter's focus is on defining and developing Blue Yonder Go-To-Market strategy for Supply Chain Execution products, working closely with internal teams and customer base.
Chief Business Development Officer, Yantriks, A Blue Yonder Company
Buck Devashish has joined Blue Yonder with the acquisition of Yantriks, where he served as Chief Business Development Officer, driving global business development, alliances and marketing. Buck has a long track record in the Order Management and Supply Chain space, beginning from his days as a co-founder of Yantra, the precursor to Yantriks, where he was part of the team that helped create the Distributed Order Management solution market. Yantriks helps industry leading retail brands unify inventory and fulfillment data into a single platform to create personalized digital commerce experiences that result in lower cart abandonment, improved revenue and decreased shipping costs, and increased customer satisfaction. The company was acquired by Blue Yonder in July 2020.
